Raspberry Pork Heart Cookies

1 cup cooked and shredded Pork
1 1/2 cup Raspberries
1 Egg
1/2 tablespoon Honey
2 cups gluten-free organic flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Puree raspberries (this will make approximately a little more that 1/2 a cup). In a large bowl mix raspberry puree with the other ingredients, stirring well. Knead dough into ball & roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick and cut with the cookie cutter of your choice (we love using our heart cookie cutters)! Place on your prepared cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool and refrigerate.
