Carrot Pupcakes

 Ingredient List

2 cups of gluten free flour, 2-3 shredded carrots, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 c honey, 2 eggs, 1 cup of applesauce (all natural, no sugar added), 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder


Preheat your oven to 350°. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter into your baking cups. Bake for 15-25 mins or until tops are golden brown. Stick a toothpick in one of the muffins to make sure it comes out clean (that is when you know it is fully cooked).


Fun Tip: keep it natural but use rainbow carrots for fun pupcake colors.
